Eligibility Criteria
Grade 12 Applicants:
- South African citizenship
- Between the ages of 18 and 25 years old
- Completed Matriculation with the following minimum requirements:
- English: Level 5 and above
- Pure Mathematics: Level 5 and above
- Physical Science: Level 5 and above
University Applicants:
- South African citizenship
- Between the ages of 18 and 25 years old
- Minimum academic average of 65% or higher in the current year of study
- Enrolled or accepted for full-time study in one of the following fields:
- BSc/B.Eng. Electrical Engineering (Heavy and Light Current)
- BSc/B.Eng. Electronic/Engineering
- Bachelor of Engineering: Technology
- B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic 1 Engineering (Mechatronics)
- Studying at a recognized South African tertiary institution
- Not receiving any other financial aid (e.g., NSFAS)
