- Complete the Application Form Obtain the official MQA bursary application form from the MQA website or by contacting their offices.
- Prepare Required Documents Ensure you include the following:
- Certified copy of your South African ID.
- Certified copies of your academic records.
- Proof of university, university of technology, or TVET college registration.
- Proof of residence.
- Motivational letter outlining why you deserve the bursary.
- Submit Your Application
- Submit the application via email or postal service, as indicated in the form.

Deadlines
Applications for the 2025 academic year for first-time applicants have closed.
