Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal is an Employers’ Association representing over 700 members in South Africa’s building and construction industry.

Registered under the Labour Relations Act, the Association’s mission is to support its members through specialized services, including training, occupational health and safety consulting, legal assistance, and employee benefits schemes.

Recognizing the scarcity of skills in the construction industry, the Association introduced its bursary program in 2015 to reduce financial barriers for students and address skill shortages in the sector.
