EY (formerly Ernst & Young) has a rich history dating back to 1849 when Harding & Pullein was founded.
Over the decades, through mergers and growth, EY has become one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, renowned globally for its professional services in tax, advisory, assurance, and consulting.
Headquartered in London, the firm operates in over 150 countries, employing more than 230,000 professionals.
EY’s mission is clear: to build a better working world by helping businesses, governments, and communities thrive.
A key component of this mission is its investment in education, particularly through initiatives like the COID EY Bursary South Africa.
This bursary program reflects EY’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of Chartered Accountants (CAs) in South Africa.
