What Does the LDARD Bursary Cover?

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the LDARD Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be from a previously disadvantaged and impoverished rural community.
- Reside in the Limpopo province.
- Have completed Matric.
- Be accepted or enrolled for full-time studies in one of the listed fields.
- Female students and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Certified copy of your ID document.
- Certified copy of your Matric certificate (if completed).
- Academic transcripts (if currently studying).
- Proof of acceptance from a tertiary institution (if available).
- Certified copies of parents’ or guardians’ ID documents or death certificates.
- Proof of household income (payslips, affidavit, SASSA grant proof, pension proof, or death certificate).
- SASSA/GEPF confirmation letter (if applicable).
- Proof of residence.
