Eligibility Criteria

- Applicants must be South African citizens.
- Applicants must be in Matric (2024) or have already completed it.
- Applicants must plan to study full-time toward a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in 2025.
- Applicants must be enrolled or accepted at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa.
- A strong academic record is essential, including:
- Minimum 70% in Mathematics, Physical Science, and English in Matric.
- Priority is given to students from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.

- Certified copy of ID document
- Matric mid-year results (if currently in Matric) or Matric certificate (if completed Matric)
- Full academic record (for current students, on institution’s letterhead)
- Proof of registration (on institution’s letterhead)
- Certified copies of parents/guardians’ ID documents
- Proof of parents/guardians’ income: latest payslips, employment letters, affidavits (if unemployed or informal traders), or proof of SASSA grants
- Death certificate(s) of deceased parents/guardians, if applicable
- Cover letter detailing your field of study and motivation
